The Champlain Library thanks everyone in the community who donated books or money towards the Book on Every Bed campaign this year. Children of the recipients of the Vankleek Hill and L’Orignal Food Bank Christmas Baskets will each receive a new book thanks to the generosity of the community. The library is also providing magazines and activity books to the local senior residences to help bring them cheer during this season. Cynthia Martin, CEO and Head Librarian of the Champlain Library and Jane Fantie, Co Director of the Vankleek Hill Food Bank, are seen here expressing their gratitude.
