The final Astronomy Club meeting before summer break is June 30.
The topic is:
“Is Jupiter a Failed Star?” Contrary to what some may believe, our Jovian planet has met the requirements to become a full-fledged planet. And it’s not about size. Find out why at our next meeting in July. Plus we’ll wrap up our discussion about the Alpha Centauri system, the nearest planetary system to Earth.
New members are welcome!
The club meets the last Monday of the month to explore and discuss a new topic each time.
